made MORE than 24 hours after your full payment has been received, 50% of the rental fee will be charged unless the event is rescheduled. For cancellations, You may ONLY cancel your reservation without any fees within 24 hours after your reservation’s full payment was confirmed. If you choose to cancel, the amount paid will be credited back to your account via Interac E-transfer. After 24 hours following your full payment, you can no longer cancel your reservation. If you choose to cancel the reservation, 50% of the rental fee will be charged unless the event is rescheduled. If you chose to reschedule the event, the amount paid will be credited towards a future reservation within the next 365 days. The credit will be applied to your next rental minus the updated rental rate at your future time of inquiry.

In addition, we advise every adult responsible for the safety, supervision, and monitoring of children using our bouncy house to include the following rules to their party: The adult supervisor or suitable trained person MUST restrict the number of users on the inflatable at the same time to the limit in the operator manual or on the unit label. **Don't exceed the user height and/or weight limit and keep bigger users separated from smaller ones.** The adult supervisor or suitable trained person MUST make sure users can get on and off safely, with safety matting at the entrance that is no more than 2 inches deep.
